William Allan – Principal Solicitor

 

William Allan is the principal solicitor of the firm and brings nearly two decades of legal experience to every matter he handles. Admitted to practice in 2007, William began his career in insurance litigation for the NSW Government, where he developed a strong foundation in dispute resolution, liability assessment, and statutory interpretation.

Building on this experience, William transitioned into private practice with a focus on commercial litigation, assisting businesses and individuals in navigating complex contractual disputes, debt recovery, and business torts. Over the years, his practice has evolved to include estate litigation and succession planning, where he has successfully acted in contested wills, family provision claims, and the administration of deceased estates.
